30-Day Return Policy

We offer a simple and straightforward 30-day money-back return policy. Enjoy a risk-free shopping experience with full confidence.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition within 30 days.
  • Repair shipments are customer responsibility.

Free Domestic Returns

If you don’t love your order, returning it should be effortless. We cover return shipping on domestic orders.

  • Request your return label via form.
  • Valid only if item reaches us within 30 days.
  • One complimentary return label per 6 months.
  • International returns are self-paid.

Note: Repair shipping costs are not covered.

Refunds

  • 100% refund excluding express shipping & service charges.
  • Refunds are issued to original payment method.
  • Wire payments refunded via check.

American Express orders incur a 3.5% fee. Full refunds available for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Domestic Return Steps

  1. Request your FedEx return label.
  2. Print the label (insurance included).
  3. Use a new FedEx box (no envelopes or reused boxes).
  4. Include all original items & certificates.
  5. Attach label and submit at FedEx.
  6. Keep your receipt for tracking.

Processing takes 2–3 business days. Bank refunds may take 5–7 days.

International Returns

  1. Request your RA code.
  2. Write RA code clearly on package.
  3. Include all original packaging & documents.
